Mountain Biking
Forest Hill Park

Forest Hill Park’s 3.1 miles of singletrack are fast and flowing. Roots offer some technical challenges, but this well-designed trail is ideal for the advanced rider that wants to fly. At the same time, beginners will enjoy the lack of obstacles (rocky sections, tree trunks), and intermediate riders will have a chance to test their legs on a couple of longish climbs.

Length:

Moderate with some technical sections.

Difficulty:

Don’t Miss:

The FHP loop trail connects with the James River Park System’s Buttermilk Trail by riding down into the Reedy Creek bed and through the tunnels under Riverside Drive.
