By Andy Thompson | August, 31, 2012

Richmond Multisports is looking for some good hearted, kayaking volunteers over the next three weeks to make Richmond Multisports last open water swim of the 2012 season, safe and fun for everyone.

Want to be a water marshall? See this email from organizer Sheri Crowell (sheri@richmondmultisports.com):

RMS is running a couple of pre-race swims at Rocketts Landing at 6pm on Sept. 7th, 14th and 21st. Race day is Sunday, Sept. 23rd at the same spot at Rocketts Landing. Check your calendar and see if one, two or all the dates will work for you.

Not only will you receive a crew tshirt and participant food and drink on race day….. any volunteer for the rest of this race season will receive a $15 voucher toward any RMS race within a year of your volunteer date!

You can email me with questions, or just go to www.richmondmultisports.com and register under the volunteer tab.
