Emily Ward

Emily Ward is a city dweller who insists that the river be within running distance at all times. Outside of her day job, she dabbles in (open-water) triathlons, obstacle races, and backpacking, but her passion is trail and road running. She is currently a member of the Oiselle Racing Team and also plans outdoor events with a young professionals group serving the Metropolitan Richmond Sports Backers. When she is not playing or working, she is planning her next far-flung vacation, scrounging at the farmer’s market, playing backgammon, or trying to find Kolsch on tap.
